INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Anıl Ambalaj operates in accordance with applicable legislation, customer requirements, and relevant international standards, primarily BRCGS. The company actively implements ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, and ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certifications.
Within a framework the Integrated Management System, quality, product safety, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems are implemented within an integrated structure and continuously improved. All hazards affecting product safety and quality are identified, and risk analyses (including HACCP/Product Safety Plan) are applied to prevent risks at their source. These processes are supported by approved supplier management and effective control of supply chain risks.
Anıl Ambalaj sets measurable, traceable, and reportable quality and product safety targets, regularly monitors and reviews these targets. Maintaining optimal resource use, protecting the environment, and supporting recycling activities are among the top priorities.
The effectiveness of the Integrated Management System is ensured by top management commitment, the system and policy are reviewed at least once a year by top management and developed in line with a continuous improvement approach.
INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
At Anıl Kağıtçılık Ambalaj İnş. Tur. San. ve Tic. A.Ş., we consider it a fundamental responsibility to protect our information assets and the information of our stakeholders in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Within the scope of our Information Security Policy, we implement the necessary technological, administrative, and physical controls to protect all information assets against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or damage; operate an information security management system in accordance with international standards; provide regular training to raise employee awareness; and continuously improve our processes. We fulfill all legal obligations related to information security, regularly assess risks, take necessary measures to ensure business continuity, and adopt a proactive approach to prevent information security breaches. In all our activities, we act with a secure, transparent, and sustainable information security approach, committing to provide reliable services to our stakeholders at every stage.
